Tessera Una

About

The person behind the strategy.

I'm Kelli Reeves, a systems orchestrator who's spent 20 years making sure digital investments actually pay off.

My Story

Every company I've worked with had the same problem.

I've sat in the room when a $20 million revenue gap was discovered, and then built the program that recovered it. I've stood up B2B eCommerce operations from nothing and watched them grow to $12 million. I've driven digital transformation for a global hospitality brand, streamlined operations at one of the world's largest logistics companies, and helped a national nonprofit translate its mission into measurable digital outcomes. Right now, I'm embedded with a leading private aviation company, driving a digital and marketing transformation that spans CRM, customer-facing web, reservations, and pricing.

Every company I've worked with had smart people and clear ambitions. What they were missing was someone who could connect the strategic vision to the technical execution. Someone who speaks both languages fluently and won't let either side lose the other in translation.

That's what I do. I'm the bridge between your boardroom and your platform. Between your roadmap and your revenue. Between what you planned and what actually happens. And when the work calls for it, I roll up my sleeves and get hands-on, because real transformation requires someone willing to operate at every level.

I call myself a Systems Orchestrator because that's what the work requires: seeing the whole system (strategy, product, technology, people) and making all the pieces move together toward measurable outcomes.

Our Name

The Tessera Una Philosophy

Individual pieces, unified vision.

Tessera, from the Latin for the individual tile in a mosaic. Una, meaning one, unified.

Your vision is the masterpiece. Every system, every team, every initiative is a vital tile. But too often, the pieces sit scattered: talented teams in silos, platforms that don't connect, data that never becomes action.

At Tessera Una, we provide the singular, well-placed piece of strategy that brings your entire business into focus. We find the missing tile, set it precisely, and watch the full picture come together.

The Journey

How I got here

Early Career

Built the Foundation

Started in operations and program management at organizations ranging from a global logistics leader to a national nonprofit health organization, learning how complex enterprises actually work from the inside. The processes, the people, and the politics that determine whether strategy becomes reality.

Digital Commerce Era

Mastered the Engine

Went deep into eCommerce platform management, product optimization, and digital transformation across industries including a global hospitality brand and major retail operations. Led migrations, built programs from scratch, and learned that technology only works when it's designed around how people actually buy.

Enterprise Leadership

Bridged the Gap

Moved into senior program management and strategic advisory roles across Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven organizations. Discovered my superpower: sitting between the C-suite vision and technical execution, translating between the two, and making sure nothing gets lost.

Now

The Fractional Chapter

Bringing 20+ years of battle-tested expertise across aviation, retail, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, and nonprofit sectors directly to organizations that need executive-level digital commerce leadership without the full-time overhead. Currently embedded with a leading private aviation company, driving a digital and marketing transformation that spans CRM, web, reservations, and pricing. It's the same work I've always done: bridging the gap between what leadership envisions and what actually reaches the customer. Every engagement is personal. Every result is measurable.

What drives me

"I see the system that everyone else works around, and I redesign it so it works for them."

I believe every digital investment should produce measurable returns. Every team should understand why their work matters. And every leader should have someone in their corner who sees both the forest and the trees.

Let's see if there's a fit.

You tell me what you're facing. I'll tell you what I'd look at first. No proposal. No pitch. Just two people figuring out if there's a path forward.
