The Challenge
A global private aviation network operating 200+ locations was mid-transformation, with CRM, customer portal, reservations, pricing, and marketing capabilities all in flight simultaneously. Strategy was clear at the top. Execution was fragmenting in the middle. Leadership couldn't see what was actually moving, what was blocked, or what was at risk until problems were already visible.
The Approach
Embedded as the operating layer between executive leadership and cross-functional delivery teams. Built the governance infrastructure from scratch: program delivery dashboards, weekly operating rhythm, leadership reporting architecture, and a communications model calibrated to three distinct audience levels. Diagnosed structural gaps between business and IT delivery that were causing scope fragmentation and unmarketable releases, then designed the traceability framework to close them.
